The Hanford Show and Swap Meet

A few of us from the Groeger vintage group decided to make a run out to see the 31st Hanford Bike Show and Swap Meet. I'd never been to it before, so when Chris proposed it and Scott, Bob and Marco agreed to it, I joined up as well.

Hanford is a small farming town out in the Central Valley that has little to recommend it to tourists except for the Kings County fairgrounds. In fact, the plan was to have a nice ride out to Visalia, the nearest bigger town, stay overnight, and arrive early to see the show and wander through the vendors before everything was picked over.
