Welcome to my Website!

My wife and I live in Santa Cruz, California, along with a wide variety of flora and fauna, which we enjoy very much. The weather is pleasant with the Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay nearby, not to mention the beaches and hillsides that range from chaparral to live oak to dark redwood forest environs.

I am a computer consultant and programmer. Before moving to Santa Cruz, I was a homebrewer and beer judge, and wrote a book on the history, flavor and brewing of Bock beer. Over the last 20+ years, and especially now in Santa Cruz, I really enjoy riding BMW motorcycles, and working on my vintage BMW motorcycles. For some of the same reasons that Santa Cruz is a great place for motorcycling, it is also a good spot for generating electricity from sunlight. And that's a big part of why we chose to live here!
